The whole state is loosely governed under a system of caveat emptor or 'let the buyer beware.' The Grand Archon and the College of Archons deal in any manner of operations including trade, slavery, drug smuggling, extortion, bribery and assassination. It is said that anything worth acquiring can be had for the right price in the markets of Mercuria City.</p><p></p><p>Aldimir is locaed on a rocky peninsula that divides two major bodies of water.
