His blow struck true, blasting Barracuda in the mid-section.</p><p></p><p>The villain laughed as he backed away. "You'll have to do better than that, weakling!"</p><p></p><p>(<span style="color: sienna">Torpedo adds +1 to his Defense from the Underwater Combat feat. He moves 15' and attacks Barracuda (DEF 15), and gets a result of 16 - a hit.
