Rules that we may have gotten wrong.
1. You can spend 1 AP to move from camp to camp. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/295363

2. On page 8, it states that to uncover two layers on one turn at a temple, one must have 2 workers or 1 leader and 1 worker.

3. A leader is worth 3 workers for purposes of who has the most in a tile.

4. A leader can be brought out on the camp for 1 AP.

5. To guard a temple, one must spend the five AP, then take one FIGURE (either worker or leader) ON the temple. [we really messed up on this, which clarifies that one could guard 2 temples, I think this is a huge change to the game we played] Picture: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/209761

I am at 72 games/expansions. :) 28 to go, for my 100 goal, then my next is 1000. I love buying board games.

I still need to pick up 3 expansions to Arkham horror. When I do that, I will be wanting to play all of them at once. If I can that is. Vince has brought up this game twice. I think we should give it a go again.

Re: #2 I think we just overlooked that but all abused it equally.

Re: #5 I think you're completely right there but I posted a question in BGG rules just to confirm. See my other thread.

I loved the game none the less and think you would have done better had you not committed your (incorrectly played) guard so early.

In the interest of playing games other people like, I am completely willing to play Arkham Horror again. It was not a bad game. I really did like Tikal despite my early hatred of it (mostly due to Mark's late night, beer induced crankiness).

Let's play! Next Saturday?
