EN Publishing Noble Path of the Heart Question

Hey everyone. I recently started making a character in the Class Codex as a Noble. I was curious if Vicarious Attack proc'd Coordinated Attack.

I'm kinda on the fence between having the heart path or tactician, and I wanted some sorta confirmation that it does or doesn't. Since I have to show my gm it.
