With only 8 days left, Arcknight’s newest Kickstarter has reached 87% of its goal! “Flat Plastic Miniatures 2” is creating hundreds more pieces, with 3 more fantasy packs that include Pirates, Dragonborn, and Demon Blood, and 2 new genres: Cyberpunk and Space Travellers. Every backer who gives $100 are guaranteed 262 miniatures: 3 x 62 packs of their choice, plus another 64 custom pieces, an additional custom for every new arch mage backer, AND 12 Legendaries, which are a larger size game piece.

Haven’t heard of Arcknight? Arcknight is a small company that specializes in creating double-sided, highly durable and lightweight game pieces that are a perfect addition to any RPG. They’re printed (on both sides!) on a transparent plastic that packs easily, and can be assembled and disassembled for easy transport to conventions. Each piece also comes with its own interchangeable, clear-cut stand so that it can play as an actual flat figurine while still having that 3D effect of regular tabletop game pieces.

Oh I love these! I got several sheets of set #1 this past GenCon. I think them being printed on clear plastic looks sooo much better than the PF pawn sets (picture on white background)

Never seen these in real life, but love the concept and they look good in the video. I backed for 13 packs. Just got back into DnD and this seems like the most cost-effective way to build up my miniature collection.

I started making my own pogs and then bought a Silhouette and started printing and cutting my own paper minis, but that still takes work and time. Getting hundreds of flat, plastic stand-up minis in full color without having to do any work will be great.

These look nice. Even though I have a large miniature collection I may pickup a set of these just to support the Kickstarter.
