OD&D Played a short game last night with the tax deductions

I used a map I had made a few months ago. The first main room (40’ by 40’ square) had a fireplace, a painting of dogs playing cards around a table(valued at 500 gp), a painting of dogs playing pool (valued at 500 gp), a pool table (the surface of which was a dormant green slime, and a few of the balls were expertly cut gems; the table was in good condition at first, and valued at 3,000 gp), and a table near the center of the room, around which sat four unmoving dog skeletons, with cards in their skeletal paws (a deck of many things).

The PCs discovered the green slime and burnt it (damaging the pool table in the process), and took one of the paintings down, revealing a magic scroll (I haven’t decided what kind yet).

That’s about as far as we got before quitting.
