At 1st level, he may use a bottle as an improvised weapon, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage with a successful attack. Furthermore, he may use his attacks for monk unarmed attacks if he has them, when using the bottle.</p><p></p><p>Drunken Roll (Ex): At level 2, and every two levels thereafter, the Drunken Monk may take less damage from an attack once per day as rogue defensive roll ability, however, the drunken monk may use this against any attack, not only an attack that would reduce him to 0 HP </p><p></p><p>Heavy Drinker (Ex): At level 3, and every two levels thereafter, the drunken monk gains damage resistance to poison, and physical subdual damage. The poison damage reduction applies to points of ability scores, and hp damage alike. </p><p></p><p>Lush: At level 3, when the Drunken Monk has gone without a drink for 24 hours, he suffers a –1 on all rolls until he next imbibes an alcoholic beverage. Any Drunken Monk should have at least one small wineskin and a large bottle or jar with him at all times. </p><p></p><p>Hard Drinker (Ex): At level 4, the Drunken Monk has been toughened by the discipline of the bottle. His HD changes to D10, and he can now shrug off damage from certain magical effects. If a fortitude save would normally reduce a spell’s effect (Fortitude half, or similar entries), he suffers no effect from the spell at all. </p><p></p><p>Beer Goggles (Ex): At level 5, the Drunken Monk is used to fighting in a daze, and does not suffer as much from effects that impair vision or his ability to react quickly. After imbibing enough alcohol to gain 2 ability points, he suffers ½ penalties from being blinded or fighting invisible opponents, gains a +3 resistance bonus vs. gaze attacks, and suffers ½ penalties from stunned or staggered states. The drawback is that his vision range is halved concerning penalties to spot and search checks and ranged attack rolls. </p><p></p><p>Drunken Fist (Ex): At level 5, the Drunken Monk has learned to use his swaying and staggering to throw his opponent off-balance, and also to attack from odd angles. He may now use the feinting in combat maneuver as a move equivalent action.</p><p></p><p>Pray to the 8 Drunk Gods (Ex): A Drunken Monk of 6th level or higher may regurgitate and spit wine as a ranged touch attack once per day. This attack has a range of 10ft., and can be used as a distraction, as a way to temporarily blind an opponent, or if used with fire, to inflict minor damage. As with a dust grenade, the target makes a fortitude save (DC 10) or is blinded for 1d4 rounds. Spitting wine (mixed with stomach acid) over a flame will cause a burst of fire (2ft. radius) that inflicts 1d6 fire damage and may ignite flammable objects. Regurgitating will negate one point of ability bonuses, but will not alleviate the penalties for the allotted time. </p><p></p><p>Hold Liquor (Ex): A Drunken Monk of 6th level or higher may hold onto the effects of the Drink Like a Demon ability for 1&1/2 the time he normally could. What’s more, if he has remaining time, and a battle ends, he may summon the bonus effects at half strength later in the day without having to imbibe more drink. </p><p></p><p>Improved Beer Goggles (Ex): At 7th level, the Drunken Monk is now able to react to opponents on all sides of him, using his peripheral vision and sensitivity to motion, despite blurry vision. He cannot be flanked, as the uncanny dodge ability. In addition, he now suffers ¼ penalties from being blinded or fighting an invisible opponent, and gains a +6 bonus vs. gaze attacks. </p><p></p><p>Stone Drunk: At 7th level, the Drunken Monk has developed a tolerance to wine, and must now imbibe one additional draught of wine to get his ability bonuses. This only concerns the first drink of the day- it does nothing for him, but after that, his abilities progress as usual. </p><p></p><p>Drunken Stupor (Ex): When in his drunken state (he must have imbibed enough wine to raise 4 ability points), the Drunken Monk of 8th level or higher cannot be nauseated, staggered or stunned (he’s used to feeling that way), and he is immune to mind influencing attacks and spells, including sleep, fear and confusion, as he is not considered an intelligent being while in his drunken state. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Comments, por favore?</p></blockquote><p></p>
