Posts 121-130 Old 04-27-06, 08:04 PM #121 Dungannon Everyone gathers in the dining room for a pleasant breakfast as the sun rises outside (some, like Babette, finding it more pleasant than others). Soon the boy who roused the adventurers earlier enters the dining room, clearing his throat to get their attention. "Excuse me sirs, and madam, but your carriage has arrived." Outside, the newcomers see a very expensive looking carriage waiting for them, drawn by a team of black stallions. Tor and Gideon, having already been treated to this little perk, are a little less awed. Soon everyone is seated inside on the padded benches and the driver starts off toward the Council House. Soon, too soon for some, the carriage arrives at the Council House and the companions are ushered inside. A young man stands in the foyer, "Greetings gentlemen, and lady. He takes his seat and waits for Ms. LeCroix with limited patience. Looking around, he considers the likely angles of attack and potential escape routes should the room be attacked by a pack of thieves during the briefing. Old 04-27-06, 09:01 PM #123 Heckler Babette takes a seat and can barely contain her enthusiasm at finally getting on with the job. "I hope she's not too mad we were late yesterday," she thinks to herself. Old 04-27-06, 09:02 PM #124 IcyCool Gideon takes a seat near a window and quietly gazes out it. Old 04-27-06, 09:46 PM #126 wmasters Metrius sits, keen to meet Ms LeCroix, and to have a suitable setting to discuss Gideon and Tor's findings from their previous work for her.
