Thorn Chaotic Good Tiefling Draconic Sorceror 1 [sblock=Background]Thorn, who has chosen her current name rather recently, was raised in one of the temple-backed orphanages of a nearby city after having been left there by a mysterious couple who were presumably her parents. Not the only tiefling charity case to fall into their care, the priests and priestesses did their best for her, but couldn't answer some of the nagging questions she had about herself. When they attempted to explain some of the ways that tieflings came to be, Thorn seized on the idea that her mother may have been cursed...and that this was why they had given her away. She resolved to end the curse, return to her true appearance, and try to reclaim a relatively normal life. Frustrated by the denials that she could lift this 'curse,' Thorn decided that she would try to counter the taint of evil by doing good...while trying to track down any information on strange curses or tieflings in the process. This led to her using her powers to find and stop criminals in the slums of the city where the guard didn't care to go. One target, a particularly sick and twisted individual, fled the city...and rather than let him get away, Thorn tracked him. Tracked him all the way to a village with problems of its own... Ideal: No one should escape the consequences of their actions. Bond: I will stop at nothing to remove my curse! Flaw: I am easily riled. Criminal/Vigilante Feature - Criminal Contacts[/sblock] [sblock=Description] Thorn is very clearly a tiefling, with slightly orange-tinged skin, bright yellow eyes, and prominent horns and tail. In spite of those inhuman features she is quite pretty, with a statuesque physique that she can't seem to decide if she wants to conceal or reveal.
