RPGs, group therapy, and getting paid.

I GM for a group that includes occupational therapists and social workers. Apparently some of them have been doing some reading on the use of tabletop RPGs in group therapy. Because one of their managers has asked for a casual chat about paying me to run sessions for some of their clients. It not uncommon for psychiatric centers to hire non-therapeutic professionals. It is covered by universal healthcare, so most of the equity questions are moot.

I've added up materials costs (new copies of Leveled Up, new Foundry license, cloud hosting, et cetera...) But i've no idea how to price labour. Anyone know roughly the going rate? From what i could see with a quick search, most paid GMs aren't very open about their rates,

Typically it's something like this:

1. Add up all your costs (equipment, travel, etc., etc.)
2. Add how much you'd like to earn overall.
3. Divide that by the hours you expect to work.

And remember, the hours you expect to work should include any prep time. If you run a four hour session but spent two hours preparing for it, you should get paid for that.
