Yes and I should clarify this. After some experimentation and discussion prior to the start of this campaign I revised that rule so that it is now Action Point + Healing Surge rather than Action Point + Daily. In answer to your question there were two instances where they stunted. One was the Warlock wanted to try and do a more potent version of his Dire Radiance on the Skeleton Captain. So I told him that if he was successful that it would do normal damage plus an ongoing 5 (Save Ends). Unfortunately he missed completely. The other was during the battle with the Pirhanna in the river. Mialain was having a very tough time making any of the Athletics checks to swim and she desperately needed to get over to where all the shouting was taking place so she could heal her fellow party members. So she did a Nature check to get the pack-lizard to swim her over to where the fight was. She got such a massive success (rolling a total of 40 on the skill check) that I let her get there in one round. EDIT: I just talked to my wife and I forgot that she tried one other stunt. When they were fighting on the bridge and the bad guy tried to get away on the gryphon, she stunted using her nature powers to try and get the gryphon to buck the guy off its back. She rolled pretty terrible and wasn't successful. So I guess the moral of the story is, no matter how cool your idea, the dice can always bite ya.
