speed/manuvering/etc calculations

now that I have a first draft of vehicle parts i need to tweak the hell out of them so that it works in a balanced way.

This starts with knowning waht to aim for... and then messing with the system untill it is not possible get far away from that target.

So what we are aiming for:

the average version of a vehicle should have a speed of 6 spaces (180' at 30' a space)

It should also have an "average" manuvering.

The idea goes that you have to sacrafice speed, or manuvering, or even weapon-cargo-etc space in order to get a better than average vehicle.

The two basic vehicle "sizes" I'm looking at spicificaly are 10 HD "one/two man fighters" and 30 HD scout crafts (which would be a good sized craft for entire party to run.)

I think I may need to rewrite all the engine systems to do this...
