spell for getting past spell resistance

Is there a 3.5/d20 spell that helps a spellcaster gets past high SR? Maybe something that mimics the Spell Penetration feat?

assay resistance from CD does a lot (+10 on breaking one opponent's SR for 1 round/lvl)

The Easy Solution

Nothing beats cold steel for SR ....

Look to "lower spell resistance" in the planar handbook.
It's identical to the Draconomicon's version, but is listed as 1 level lower (3rd level spell instead of 4th level spell, if I remember correctly).
Please note the fact you can cast it twinned, and obtain a -30 to the enemy spell resistance (again, if I remember correctly).
