Subscription problems

Otherwise known as "I can't read".

I got the notice of my subscription ending, and didn't pay attention to the dates. I was tired, and misread July as June, so I re-purchased a 4-month subscription, when I was on a 1-year monthly plan.

I have no problems with the 1-year monthly pan rolling over, and also have no problem with my payment for the 4 month plan staying in ENWorld's hands (seriously, keep the money).

I just want to no longer have 2 subscriptions active...

The email you got from PayPal should have link in it for cancelling subscriptions. Just pick the one you want to cancel, click on the link, and it'll take you to the appropriate place in your PayPal account.

We don't offer the yearly one any more, though. Too much to promise too far in advance!
