Don is certainly being a lot more adventurous than I personally would be, but to call his actions embarrassing and stupid seems unfair. I think he's already talked with lawyers and is walking a fine line. I don't think he's shown anything that could get him in legal trouble. I probably wouldn't be making the same choices if I were in his shoes, but it's easy for me to say that as a comfortably removed voyeur wearing a cozy pair of crocs. One big issue that someone like Don faces is time. Justin is actively working against WTG, trying to badmouth him both to the public and industry insiders. To stay quiet and wait for the legal system to catch up could be lethal to Don's business. Hasbro has the luxury of time, as they have steady income. Justin has the luxury of time, because his real business is real estate, not games. If Don's business loses income for the 1~3 years it could take for everything to play out in the courts, it's possible his business won't be around to see the win. And if Hasbro cleans out Lanasa, there will be nothing left to win at all. Now, I will agree that Don made a blunder when first getting into business with NuTSR in the first place. But that was an easy mistake to make and he's not the only one who fell into Lanasa's trap. Part of the reason I've been reporting in this thread for so long is the help make sure others don't make the same mistake. And it seems like Don's trying very hard to redeem himself, which I respect a lot. At the end of the day we're all on the side against NuTSR (and against hatred, and bigotry, etc), and we can do more good by supporting our allies than tearing them down.
