[ooc]D-6 is no good, we have to start inside the city.[/ooc] Ignatz grins. "Sounds like a goot time to me," he says, untying his massive, crescent weapon (think oversized monk's spade, pictured here) and cracking his neck. He rolls his shoulders and strides toward the stage, mentally mapping out the battlefield. He takes a place at the edge of the city, eyes peeled for signs of the enemy, and licks his teeth. [sblock=Position/Initiative]I'll take J7, so I can cover the southwest approach while still being able to get to the north side if necessary. Initiative is only 10, sadly.[/sblock] [sblock=Strategy]My guesses as to flag squares are N8, J8, H9, M10, J11, H12, K14, and L18. Confirmation/clarification from Iron Sky hereby requested. :) Okay, strategy: An enemy only has to end the turn in a square once to claim it permanently, which is bad. If the enemy has forced movement/can prone, then our only viable strategy is to blitz them so that they die before they can get to the requisite number of squares. Let's hope that isn't the case. (If it is I'll Rage- it'll let me do 4d6b1+4 At-Will.) If they don't have forced movement/prone, then at least three squares need to be occupied physically at all times, and we can't lose unless some people are killed. I suggest a front line of myself, Sha'kar, and Corragan's Giant Toad, summoned outside the city, with the others providing ranged support from flag squares.
