Georg sees the gnome trying to escape his allies weapons, so he moves opposite the spellcaster. While moving he seems to draw strength from his dwarven constitution. When he reaches the other side of the room, he throws a wave of fire towards to gnome. The spellcaster can't move out of the way of the blast and is singed by the arcane fire. Georg tries to follow up with a concussive blast of sound, but like Grim, the gnome withstands the force of the blast. Kruk, dazed and confused, yells out loud, "What was that!," As his mind clears, the hair on his nape still stands on end from the sight of the strange eye on the front of the shield. "I don't know how I missed you last time human, but I don't intend to miss now!" With that, he swings again and this time the shadows don't protect the warrior, the strike causing a bloody wound on the enemy. Grim grumbles to himself as he crawls forward "Getting more and more acquainted with this floor today... maybe it's time to acquaint YOU!" His blades lash out together and one strikes home. Unnoticed by the gnome in his pain, Grim strikes again with his offhand, landing a devastating blow, the gnome looks in bad shape, but defiantly glares at you as the blood runs free. Carolina grumbles and lunges at the axeman again, aiming to stick her blade right in that nasty eye. The blade does find its mark, again the shadows fail the warrior. [sblock=Actions]Sly flourish it is. IC is down. Dagger +9 Roll(1d20)+7: 17,+7 Total:24 (incl.-2 for conceal) Roll(1d4)+8: 3,+8 Total:11 Hits for 11 [/sblock] Lily crept forward and tried to zot the warrior again with a blast of spirit magic, but the will of the eye is strong and provides a shield against the natural magicks of Lily. Standing again on the slippery floor, Raiyek yells and launches a furious series of attacks on the axeman. A first wide arcing swing cuts into the axeman and infuses the paladin with strength from his goddess, but the second attack is deflected by the human's armor. The gnome's grim countenance tightens even more as he unleashes another wave of sound at Grim, this time it connects and sends the prone bugbear sprawling back on the slippery surface of the greased area. He then runs back along the crates towards his axe wielding ally. Raiyek falls again on the slippery floor. The axe-wielder knows he has only seconds before the dwarf regains his senses and tries to finish off Raiyek before he needs to face Kruk. Raiyek resists the crushing weight of the eye, as the warrior is distracted by the dwarf's presence and his axe is similarly ineffective. [sblock=OOC] Gnome uses Thunderwave on Grim, hitting for 6 pushing to E13 again. Uses Startling Glamer on Lily, slides her to F10. Raiyek falls prone again. Axe-wielder attacks Raiyek twice and misses twice (two 5's), he marks everyone adjacent as a free action. Conditions: Raiyek - Prone, marked by axe wielder, bloodied Zone - Grease - Difficult Terrain (costs 3 squares of movement from Phantasmal Terrain Gnome - Used Fade away, Grease, Phantasmal Terrain, Color Spray Kruk/Carolina/Lily - marked by axe wielder Grim - bloodied Greataxe: -90hp, bloodied Gnome: -99 hp, bloodied Init: Grim - 22 - 7/30 - bloodied, prone Carolina - 20 - 15/24 Lily - 18 - 18/26 - Raiyek - 15 - 15/39+5thp - bloodied Bad Guys - 11 (higher Mod) Georg - 11 - 27/31 <- You're up Kruk - 8 - 48/48 [/sblock]
