The smoothly hewn stones of the foyer end at the second doorway. The continuing path had still been cut into the mountain but no effort had been made to make any of it aesthetically pleasing.[/gm]</p><p><strong>Vittero</strong> illuminates his own torch and moves toward Taylar. As he does the globe on the floor becomes even brighter. Having a thought, Vittero extinguishes his light. A second later the globe on the floor goes out. A second after that it re-illuminates. "<span style="color: #008000">Okay, this is interesting. I guess these torches are for convenience since glass seems to take to light so well. That other globe has obviously been tuned to sense electromagnetic Way lines within a certain distance and mimic them.
