[imager]http://enworld.rpgnow.com/products/product_21291.jpg[/imager]Eternal Prestige Vampire Ascendant By Ben Mowbray Have you ever wanted to play a vampire in your d20 campaign, but that +8 Level Adjustment throws you completely off? You can’t even contract the condition until you are 5th level or higher, and then all of a sudden you find yourself an effective 13th level character! A DM might also argue that acquiring the vampire template makes a character simply too powerful too quickly and ban its use all together. But no more! Haven’t you ever wondered how vampires come into being in the first place? It’s a communicable disease/affliction, right, but where did it all start? Is there only a single source, or are there many? Wouldn’t it be possible for a willing mage to pursue dark necromantic rituals or for a priest to invoke diabolical and evil gods to grant them the powers that will send them down the dark path that would lead them to vampirism? Afer all, if a cleric, sorcerer or wizard can become a lich, why not a vampire? That’s what this prestige class is all about! Taking the Vampiric Ascendant prestige class, your character will be able to begin his or her journey down that dark road, progressing slowly, changing subtly over time into an eternal master of the night, but without making the exceptional sacrifices that simply acquiring the vampire template requires. Features An all new Prestige Class allowing characters to persue immortality through vampirism. Racial varients for the Prestige Class. Guidance on using Vampire Ascendants in your game. Rules for creating your own custom vampire for those unsatisfied with the core rules or even those vampire varients presented in this book! Epic Rules for Vampire Ascendants. Available now priced $4.99 at the ENWorld Download Shop, RPGNow, DrivethruRPG and UKG Publishing
