Our game sounds a lot like Henry's. Light-hearted and definately a comedy. The action is over-the-top, with death rare but injury frequent. Characters sometimes do stupid things (well, more like frequently) and it almost always ends up in hilarity. Good times with a great group of friends. :) One thing I should note is that my campaign will change in tone before it ends, hopefully several times. I am "a little mercurial" when it comes to sustaining campaigns. I always jump to the latest, newest shiniest game, abandoning my old game. My latest idea to fix this? Change the game, just don't change games. Next theme I'm planning is Epic gods-related adventure. Then "countries at war" (politics and armies clashing) and then, eventually, swashbuckling adventure, incorporating elements of SpellJammer (I run Iron Kingdoms). Did I mention I love D20? I'm going to end up with a half dozen "different" games, and never change systems. Oh, and I hope you're feeling better. I, my wife and my cat all suffer from allergies as well. :(
