If you guys play FR, there's an elven deity that has time as a domain (in the FR book) and allows Haste as a domain spell.

Haste. As a domain spell. In 3.0. Heh.

Yeah, and since it's 3.0, you can take the Power Critical feat and a Scythe. Then, once a day, you use your mega strength and smite ability on a auto-critical ! :D

Not that useful, since you'll want to buy the boots of speed anyway. Better to choose a domain that lets you have other useful spells beside Time Stop, and some useful feat.

But....I forget...how did Boots of Speed work in 3.0e? Did they give you one extra action per round? If not, then the haste spell is better.
