Give me something to do

Hanging in there. Better than the alternative.
I know you're not active, but I was considering running a TMNT game over here.

(to get my initial thoughts out there, if it might help in the future)
I was wondering if they'd be Ninja (mechanically doesn't seem to always fit 100%), Samurai (though, there's actually a separate Samurai character in the series), Fighter (and basically 'build my own'), or something from Tome of Battle (shooting for something viable balance-wise, as they're all martial characters).

a single, bloodstained elf is the only creature able to move on the corpse strewn battlefeild. he weilds a blade far to large for his body, and wears rusted red armor. as he grins, he bears fanglike teeth and winks his bolldred eyes. large, black wings unfurl from behind his back as he grins and aproaches you.

Angel Tarragon

Dawn Dragon
Forged of fire and blood, Naulsynxx is as evil an outsider as they come. He delights in burning his victims to a crisp and feasting on their roasted carcass. He is feared by fire elementals due to his innate ability to even burn them to death. His freakish form is that resesmbling a centaur, though he has six whip like tails that have a reach as long as a horse.

Naulsynxx was forged of a divine pact to undo the horrors of failed divine judgement, but the contract that bound him into divine service has been lost and forgotten. He is as old as time itself, holds no fear of death and has an agenda to burn everything that stands in his path to ruling all known planes.

Surprise me... your stuff is awesome

Angar looked up from his prayers to see the morning sun filtering thru the small window in his room. The World Serpent Inn had proved to be an excellent refuge from those who hunted him night and day for the past 10 years. This had to be the best rest he'd received in years. He laughed soflty to himself, the great Angar Light of the people reduced to hiding in taverns and less desirable locales to escape his fate. Perhaps it was time that he make a stand. His patron diety of travel had helped him run for ten long years but Angar was tired of running he had regained his health and his mind perhaps today was the day the hunted became the hunter. He would see what the day brought and for the first time in a decade he would face it instead of running away. Angar donned his armor and his weapons, gave himself a long stare in the mirror before heading to the common room for breakfast. One needs to face evil on a full stomach.

CR 17-25 Im flexible I leave the rest to your interpretation.

Detect Good(Su) - M'Trenz Ro can detect good at will, per the spell, excepting that the effect goes straight to that of the third round as shown in the spell description. Caster level 20.

Distortion Aura(Su) - M'Trenz Ro receives a deflection bonus to AC equal to half his charisma bonus.

Feedback(Su) - As a result of the pure essence of evil that dwells within M'Trenz Ro, any creature that strikes him with a melee attack suffers 20 points of damage, with a maximum of one-half of the physical damage that was inflicted with the original blow.

Hypnotic Gaze(Su) - Hypnotic Pattern as cast by a 20th level sorcerer, no HD limit, 30 ft. Will DC 32 negates, DC is Charisma based.

Improved Darkvision(Su) - In the area of deeper darkness or a similar spell, M'Trenz Ro may make a Will saving throw against the normal spell DC to see in the darkness at half of its normal darkvision range.

Smite Good(Su) - Five times per day per day, M'Trenz Ro may attempt to smite good with a single melee attack. When smiting, it adds its Charisma bonus (+10) to the attack roll and deals 20 extra points of damage.
