Crock Pot stews and roasts, Chili (special 7 pepper 5 state chili), Chicken or Beef and noodles.
I also go a little crazy with pumpkin pie around this time of year. I got a recipe that is a can of pumpkin and a can of sweetened condensed milk. Grab a couple ready made pie shells and a pinch of spice and you are eating hot from the oven punkin pie (also from Indiana originally) any time you like. Get a can of red-i-whip or ice cream...OH MAN!
So easy, so fast, so cheap, so good.
