I mean really - we have plenty of info now to make a very first 4E product in the world (D&D XP doesn't count - it was a demo - we will do a full version ).

And orcs, hobgoblins, guards, bandits, three kinds of skeletons, young black dragon, shadar-kai gloomblade and bodak paired with boneclaw (just in case )

Anyone managed to compile an 'Alpha 4E DMG' yet? Get together everything we know so far so we can take our players through a simple dungeon?

You open a door. Inside is a two square by two square room. There is a table with a pie on it, and a kobold skirmisher next to the table. Roll initiative.

How do you want to make an adventure when you don't know the rules of
Initiative, checks against skills, checks against saves, how to use spells,
the combat phases in a round and so on?
