[sblock=Tactics]I can do my best to get close to the others next turn. Divine Challenge only requires that I either attack the target or end my turn adjacent, so if I attack then move away he'll stay marked. Or I could switch targets for a round. Then again, Buro's likely the only ranged attacker here, so the rest of the enemies will probably follow us wherever we choose to go.

Also, I still have both my AP and daily left as well. The daily lets someone within 5 squares, including me, spend a surge, so I'm saving it til someone needs some healing. Then I'll probably use an AP + Elven Accuracy to make sure it lands ;)[/sblock]

Sounds good. Depending on situation, I'll port Ash to help out with the tiefling as long as Kruk and Les are in good positions to make sure 7-Rabbit doesn't go down. I still have both Inspiring Words and Raiyek has one lay on hands, so we should be fine for healing.

The tiefling laughs as he easily dodges Raiyek's sword. "Your attacks are almost as pathetic as your intentions, knave."

He takes a step backwards and takes a large bite out of his large leg of roasted meat. "Your gods cannot save you now!" he shouts, spittle flying from his mouth as he raises the meat to the sky. A bolt of lightning erupts from Burodorub's makeshift implement, striking Raiyek before jumping across the room to hit Les and Kruk. Kruk's armor apparently conducts electricity fairly well, as the attack seems to have hit him the hardes (Burodorub shifts to J2, then uses Dancing Lightning to nail Raiyek, Les, and Kruk. Raiyek takes 8, Les takes 6, and Kruk takes 10 (crit))

Undaunted, Les moves to surround one of the gnolls and gives a subtle nod to Kruk, who takes advantage of her momentary distraction to strike at the gnoll with his axe. The beast is able to see the ploy coming, however, and dodges (Commander's Strike misses. Because I'm a nice guy, I'm going to assume that you want to use your minor action to use an Inspiring Word rather than make an Arcana check).

A spear-wielding gnoll on the other side of the room moves into position before angrily jabbing his spear at Ash. The clever rogue is able to avoid the attack (miss).

"Aaaggghhh!" Kruk screams as the lightning bolt rips through his armor and body. Gathering his wits he sees Les and understands. He swings his axe at the distracted gnoll, but misses. "By Gragg's beard!...It's rare that I get such an open attack like that, and I miss! I swear that will not happen again!"

Still still numb from the shock, Kruk calms himself, the pain not so bad now. He readies himself for his next attack on the unfortunate gnoll in front of him.

7 Rabbit backpedals quickly from the approaching horror, and turns his flight into a tactical advantage by circling behind the gnoll to his right. Shadows grow around him as he looks like nothing more than a cloud of darkness ominously approaching from behind the gnoll. Dark words issue from the cloud:

Inside his shadow, 7 Rabbit hesitates between the gnoll and his true target, one of the casters on the far side of the circle. If he moves closer, the gnoll will have a chance to attack inside the cloud - but from here the target is just a little too far. Finally he plunges forward to take up the best position for an attack. A bolt of force streaks out of the cloud - and right past the caster. 7 Rabbit curses and turns back to the gnoll, noting with pleasure that he's now in a perfect position to distract it for Ashurn to backstab.

Move: Move to N10, provoking OA's from the demon and the gnoll. Whee. I believe Shadow Walk comes into effect before I'm in range of the gnoll so I have concealment from it, though.

The gnoll turns its attention towards Rabbit whom move past it. Taking advantage of the momentary distraction, Ash struck out! Swinging the jet black dagger in an arc aiming for the gnoll's throat.
