Joe's amendments look good to me.

I don't see anything particularly broken. Fast Manifestation does grant an additional use of the genasi's encounter power, but you can only do that once per day, so I don't think it's too much of a problem. Other than that, can't say that anything jumped out at me that hasn't been discussed already.

So, then:

Epic Faerun: NO. I agree with Joe that we should probably just ignore epic destinies until they become something that will actually be used in L4W. At that point, I think we can have players propose the destiny they wish to take, assuming it isn't part of an already approved source.

Everything else: YES, with the wording clarifications Joe posted.
