Proposal: Allow Weapons used as implements to use Magic Powers.

The dragon 381 article that gives examples of weapons used as implements trumps any Customer service answers here since it was auto excepted. [no disallow weapon implement powers has been passed] Actually, I'd have a hard time thinking that seeing it in print wouldn't trump CS anywhere. If you haven't seen the issue, you might want to read it.

As I mentioned above, CS answers are just slightly above useless(IMO) for the most part with contridicting answers the norm and not the exception.
