D&D 3E/3.5 Pathfinder game with 3.5 sources open for options (like feats, skills, spells, etc)

Gonna be playing in a game soon that is Pathfinder but the DM is allowing all 3.5e resources like feats and spells as options in the game (but only if the PF equivalent doesn't exist or is worse)

What I would like to know is are there any adventure paths out there that are focused mostly on cityscapes or adventuring within a large city? Do they include political encounters/adventures? DM's planning on getting us from 1 to 15 without having to leave the city.

I believe Council of Thieves takes place almost entirely in a single city.

Curse of the Crimson Throne has at least 3 adventures in the the city of Korvosa, but I know eventually you have to go to a dungeon outside the city. It's pre-Pathfinder.

Not sure if the original AP would count, Shackled City since it is pre-Pathfinder and had 12 episodes. I vaguely recall that you end up going to a planar location at some point.
