There it is. What do you think? I think it looks pretty good. A bit weird that the greataxe guy (in the minis) looks more like a barbarian than a noble, but whatever.

He is a noble barbarian :p

All in all I like it, I like the fact that the modifiers take center stage, I like that bonds, traits and flaws take center stage, I'm ambivalent on the skills list, I like the names of the skills but I'm not sure how the work in the basic game...

Beside that I love it.

Remathilis

Legend
It appears humans still get +1 to all ability scores (the Fighter's scores are 16, 9, 15, 11, 13, 14, which is 1 higher than the default array of 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8)

Fighters get proficiency in Str and Con saves

Chainmail grants AC 17 (AC 17, -1 Dex, no Shield, defense style +1 = 17 base)

We have the final skill list.

Death Saves are back. Three successes before three failures.

Do you take a -1 to AC from Dex for chainmail? I don't think you do. You don't get a bonus from Dex for that armor type, and I don't think you take a penalty either. Which means it's a 16, just like the playtest, with a +1 from Defense style.
