25 feet, same as the halfling. But yeah, I figure we'll be moving pretty slowly anyway given that we're going to be attempting stealth and checking for traps.

Ah my mistake. They dont call em dungeon crawls for nothing.

What's our plan for light I mean do we use it and risk blowing or stealth, or is it buddy system?

Well, two of us don't have darkvision, so that will be problematic. I haven't checked skills, but I assume Nearis can scout as a ranger? Whisper would, but she can't see in the dark...

+4preception could do some shenanigans with Whisper's cloak and dancing lights there pretty dim

Same modifier as Whisper for Perception, so that's a push. She could buddy up with Nearis and, if he detects something untoward, try to deal with it under the light provided by Dancing Lights.
