Where can I find some nice puzzles & riddles and other tinkerbits for PCs? They should be wrapped in some fitting medieval fantasy suit...

Try this site there are quite a few riddles/puzzles which should be easy to adapt to a medieval setting.

Traps & Treachery has a chapter on puzzles that's pretty good.
