I decided to make my next character a Conjuration Wizard 2/Thief Rogue 3. I want to be able to conjure items and use them as bonus actions on the same turn. So many fun possibilities.
I need help optimizing this though. Any suggestions as to where I should go from here? Should I go with Thief or Wizard after this? I could make a Thief who conjures items like rope and keys to help him break into places. Or a fast-handed Wizard who pockets scrolls and magic items to study later. Not sure which would be more optimal though... I'd guess that casting 3 levels behind is harder than fighting 2 levels behind...
I also don't know how I should build just the first 5 levels. Maybe start with the 2 Wizard levels and then go Rogue 3?
What race would you use? What feats would be good for this?
