How do I post a link to another thread?

You know I have been lurking and posting to these boards for three years, you'd think I would know how to do this. Sadly, everytime I try I screw it up. Please help a bonehead out.

Copy and paste is how I do it. Copy the address of the thread. Then when you're typing your message, just paste.

If instead you do it like this {URL=http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33823}Blah{/URL}

You can a word, phrase, what have you into a link (just replace the braces with brackets), and avoid having an ugly url in the middle of your post. This is how it works when you use the "http://" button above the message box. First it has you type your word or whatever, then it has you enter the url.
