Shadow Weave Adventure

Hello all! I'd like to have your opinion about a story I created. I apologize in advance for my poor english.
There are just 3 caster in the party.
As you will know, Mystra created the Weave, while Shar created the Shadow Weave. Shadow Weave users don't get penalty from wild magic or dead magic zone. I was thinking that in the last month magic wild zones finds increase significantly. It's Shar's cleric fault, which thanks to some mythal and their powers are trying to ruin the Weave, weakening Mystra. I will set this in 1372 DR, when Sahde reappear in the sky. I can ipotize that new "Table of Nether" have been found, but this time they allow to manipulate the Shadow Weave, and the flying cities draw on this dark power, not on the Weave. Shade will be ruled by Shar's Clerics.
PCs would have the power to close those wild magic zones without using "wish".

What do you think about this story? I have doubt about the PCs power. Where does it come from? What prices will it have?
Maybe this is just nonsense, but I'm just writing down some ideas :)

Seems good, although I'll never understand why the Shadow Weave is not responsible for actual shadow magic.
They're so nice together.
