Moderators, as this has come up several times, can we get a sticky on one of these?
If they have the product in stock, you're in no problem.
If they don't, they'll charge you for it, never answer e-mails, faxes or phone calls, and ship it to you whenever they get it, often time taking months. One time I actually went up to them at Gen Con with a receipt and the items I never received on it and took them off the shelf there.
Best bet? Order, check your order, contact your credit card company to reverse charges of whatever you didn't get.
