Moderators, as this has come up several times, can we get a sticky on one of these?

If they have the product in stock, you're in no problem.

If they don't, they'll charge you for it, never answer e-mails, faxes or phone calls, and ship it to you whenever they get it, often time taking months. One time I actually went up to them at Gen Con with a receipt and the items I never received on it and took them off the shelf there.

Best bet? Order, check your order, contact your credit card company to reverse charges of whatever you didn't get.

Better yet, just stay away from these guys. There's plenty of other websites with similar, if not better, deals out there. I often use New Wave to find the products I'm looking for (especially minis - their picture catalog is extensive if anything), and then order them from a different site.

Thanks for the info!

That's a bit more of a headache than I'm willing to go through....I appreciate you sharing your experience. It will keep me from having to deal with the same issues.
