What are your strengths and weaknesses as a GM?

Istbor

Dances with Gnolls
Strengths:
Good at making fun and quirky NPCs
Getting pretty darn good at improvising sessions
World building
Genuinely like being a DM, something I think took time to grow. In the earlier years, I would be like some of my other DM friends. Did it, but would get tired eventually and want to play. Now, I could probably DM a campaign that I enjoy for years if needed.

Weaknesses:
Shy - I don't like doing voices as I feel I am not up to snuff, so I tend not to even try to improve on this
Not always the best at devising simple but efficient mechanics for other in-game systems like fishing, and herb gathering and recipes that my players want to do on the fly. I can come up with something, but it isn't typically elegant on the first iteration.

Mort

Legend
Supporter
Strengths:
Keeping things moving
Saying "yes and"
Absorbing rules knowledge and applying it quickly.
Vivid discriptions
Decent at improvising
Keeping players interested and having fun.

Weaknesses:
Names : my choice of names has been known to send players laughing, and not intentionally. It has gotten to the point where I'll look for lists online AND run them by my wife before a given session.

Voices: terrible at most voices.

Procrastination : I have a bad tendency to wait until right before a game session to put everything together.
