Not sure how to make this item really
Can of spinach-ups your strength by 10 points for 10 minutes afterwards your strength drops 1 point per minute until it reaches your original strength score
What do you think & how would you fine people make it?

Presuming you're DM? As written? Seems incredibly powerful for the right character. And limited...so works just fine.

Maybe add in a fishy aftertaste, a craving for olives, and/or rippling forearms if you feel the need to egg.

They already have this. It's called Potion of Giant Strength. Reflavor it as a can of spinach and you're golden.

Technically this can bypass even the Legendary Potion of Giant Strength, so it's rarity would need to be high even with only 10-20 minutes instead of an hour.

And, just so you know, canning, as such, is an invention of the 19th century. Bottles, jars, and cans regular enough for the purpose imply a whole lot of other technology that may not fit in your game world.

Yes, might seem odd, but since it's a can of spinach, I'm assuming a certain amount of whimsy.
Also, the typical "medieval" DnD campaign often contains a lot of elected officials, peasants who are free to wander where they will, a mix of arms and armour from various cultures and time periods, light sticks, tanglefoot bags, heaps of gold, little actual trade, and so on. Canning? Why not?
