I did a conversion of Return to the Tomb of Horrors, which included ToH, but I winged it on most of the original Tomb.
The demilich I took straight out of the ELH.
The nasty lava trap did a total of 30d6- 20d6 from fire and 10d6 from the fall.
I don't think I have much of anything written down for the ToH, except the stats I used for the nasty bad guy that lured the pcs into the lava trap.
If you're at all interested, you can check it out in my story hour To War Against Felenga from about page 9 or 10 on. (Link in sig.)
