I don't see any reason metamagic wouldn't apply to cantrips. Go for it.

For acid splash, let's treat it as an AoE type effect and just roll damage once.

Lorenzo and Gnorth both need to make DC10 CON saves to maintain concentration on their respective spells/effects.

Just a note: Gnorth is down to 15/31 HP. Everyone else is doing pretty much okay.

Grimfang looks pretty bad, a few more solid hits should take him down. His battle buddy doesn't look too good either. Neither gnoll archer is injured yet.
