ant attack! (ot) (now with gun story)

well, i haven't gotten hardly anything done in the studio since gencon (there is lots to being a potter besides making pots, unfortunately) and i decided i deserved some throwing time.

so i march out to the studio, arrange my tools, wedge some clay and go to turn on the air conditioner.

it seems that at some point in thsi period between finishing the ennies and today that a veritable army of ants has moved into my ac.

i turn the fan to high, aim the vents and turn it on.....and thousands of ants come roaring out in the air stream, landing on my shirt, in my hair and all up and down my arms.

i will leave it to you to imiagine the incredibly silly jig iwas doing, and how quickly the shirt came off as i ran from the ac and form the studio into the shower.


my players beware! itchy-ant-armor-removing attacks are on the way!

That sounds like a rather vicious gnome weapon to me.

I am voting for P-kitty being a fast, fast man.

The mental image of a horde of airborne ants landing on some poor unsuspecting individual who runs screaming from the room is quite an entertaining one.

OMG! That sounds terrible Mark. It sounds like the beginning of those "possession" movies. Ya know where at the beginning there's only some moving plates or ants flying out of the AC and at the end everyone's dead except the main character whose had to kill all his loved ones.
