[CONTEST] Stat out this PC win a copy of The Deep and more!--Ends at Midnight 10/17

Well I wanted to do a quick ENWorld contest and I also saw this name and thought wow-what a cool D&D name so I am combining the two:

You need to fully stat out this 5th level ______. You can use any OGC there is and anything from the SRD, it must be a 3.5 PC.

You will win a copy of The Deep and 2 Players Archives all from us at MEG.

The PC desciption can be as lengthy (or short) as you would like but the stats have to be spot on.....

Contest will end 10/17 at midnight EST and my GM and myself (Morpheus on these boards) will decide who has captured the spirit of the name the best.

Any preference on stats? Should it be point buy, random rolls, whatever?

I might be able to find some inspiration and put something together.

Standard array, 28 point buy, or something different? I'd hate to get mine booted on a technicality.

Yes standard 28 point buy and no PC you can not quickly publish a book with cool stuff in it as OGC just to win this contest
