Looking to the door he adds, "A party stolled in and grabbed a few of our compatriots in the tavern. It appears they are busting a drug cartel or something. I missed most of it while recovering from," he glances to the minotaur, "Talos' very pretty song written by some elf or another."

I'm currently playing one of the leaders in this one. I already suggested to r1g to leave with him the group and recruits Deimos & Friends. 2 warlords and a thief are nearly as good as three strikers and Deimos could add some nice control.

I know it's super-gamist but I don't think it's fair to be able to blow all your powers with the bard and then come back as a new PC fully charged and ready to rock. Fair?
