android apps?

Just upgraded my cell-phone to one running Android 2.x so am seeking any and all advice regarding applications, esp RPG Games and related.

Having come from 11yrs with WinCE, two very surprising discoveries was
1) google contacts/calendar apparently don't interact (ie make new appointment for selected contact ala Outlook)??

2) Iliumsoft hasnt (nor intends) to release Listpro for android ... so is there a decent customizable filterable check-list app for making book/game/etc collection lists, URL bookmarks, and the like??

3) the only dice roller in ATT/Android Market seems limited to d6 ??

1) Actually they do.. but not that well since the app seems like it only accepts email addresses from you phone's contact list. This means that in order to get a contact from your gmail account you'll need sync your contact list to that.

2) There are many check-list apps around, however I'm not sure how good they are since I don't use any (although I probably should).

3) Look for Dicebox. That's a pretty decent die roller. and it's the one I tend to use.

The Android Market search I just did for "dice roll" on my EVO pulled up roughly one billion different dice rolling apps.

I highly recommend Retro Camera - I can see it being used to make some cool props for games. It's a free app for Android and iPhone.
