Well gee, how thankful I am for your vast response. Neither have I expected or deserved such a comprehensive answer for a post I spent a mere 3 three hours of my life on, for the backround of your game, which I'm likely never going to play to see it's fruition. A very gratuitous deed of you.

Saying 'it's cool' or 'it's crap' will do next time, thanks.

Moving on... Where did the solar get the ability? The Inner Beauty spell is just an example you can use, of course, but he had to learn how to permanently turn others into monstrosities somewhere. You can't just say he did and that was it if a player asks someone who's supposed to know.
I forget to say I thought it was interesting what you posted. I am very sorry if got you upset.

I think he using divine punishment to turn the character into the form he has now.

After reading your post I have thought that this character either serve a good aligned nature-based deity or the Seven Heavens before falling.

No trouble, but what I mean is, "Divine Punishment" is not definitive enough for an explanation. As an example:

Player, asking the "holy dude": So how did he end up the way he is?
Holy dude: He was cursed by divine means you can't possibly imagine!
Player: Ok, so because the DM said so. *yawn* This campaign bores me. Didn't Joe say he'd run Pathfinder for us?

Get my drift?

I understand what you are saying. What if the deity he is serving caused him to reveal his true self. In doing so he transformed into a fiendish form.

Deities are still characters, you know. As in, with defined abilities and classes. If they were the kind who can just do anything on the spot the unverse would have been destroyed or enslaved by the evil gods by now. Because there is kind of more of them. About a 1 to 3 ratio.
If your don't want your players to write this off as lazy dungeoncrafting, you/we(I'm more than happy to help) have to come up with an epic spell/epic feat/incantation/metacreativity/whatevs you'd like, but not even gods or solars can cause miracles in instants, they(and consenquently, we) have to invent it first. Is that okay with you?

I would enjoy your help! I think you are great at this stuff:). Even where i got the idea to do how he was transformed from an angel into a fiend was the same way I first had him transformed into a fiend. I think his angel name is Sadrelahon. I would like him to have some title(s) as a fiend.

What should I look to help me figure out what abilities his polearm has? Are feats like Vile Natural Attack any good? I am thinking he has Vile Natural Attack (Pincers) as one of his feats. Are the Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization feats any good?

Here is where I got the idea for his transformation. It is from the Book of Fiends Legions of Hell Volume 1.
It was the solar Uriel who finally unmasked Naamah. When he discovered how many celestials she had seduced, Uriel’s wrath was great. He inflicted her punishment in front of the assembled ranks of his celestial army, as a lesson to them all. “You wore many faces, Naamah the Pleasing; now let Heaven see them all!” he intoned. Naamah’s beautiful face split apart, and five wicked heads sprang from her torso. “You sought to lead others astray and defy the will of Heaven,”Uriel continued. “Now show us your true form.” Naamah’s five heads cried out in agony as her legs transformed into the scaly body of a snake and her wings burned away. “For your crimes,” the solar thundered, “you are cast out of Heaven for all time. Join Iblis and Samyasa in the pit and burn in the pit for all eternity!” Then Naamah fell straight into Hell, as many had fallen before.

Should he have the Demon Lord Template? How do I go about making his polearm a special polearm?
I don't know how to answer "Should he have" a template. If he should or should not depends upon your character idea, the DM's permission, the wording of how the template is acquired, and the roleplay explaination for acquiring the template.

I've never heard of the Demon Lord template, what source is it from?

As for making a Polearm special, I also have no idea what you're asking for. Do you want suggestions for enchantements? Do you want it of a special weapon material? Do you want your player to name it and cuddle with it at night?

Once again, I have to point out that your questions are difficult to answer in general because you lack clear direction in communicating what you are asking, you've never explained what sort of game you and whoever else you are with play, how DMing and player characters work, or how these characters would be used in a game. I still don't know, after all the characters you've asked for help creating, if you are the DM using these, or if this is just a mental excercise for a story, or if you're making PCs, etc.

The Demon Lord Template is From Dragon 359 . The polearm he use now is mockery of his polearm he used as an angel which I would like him to name I would like some suggestion what I can have as the material the polearm is made out and what abilities it has. I have thought that the his polearm might have as one of its abilities is the profane or profane burst enchantment. Those two enchantments are from LM. Also what polearm type would be best from the polearm to be. Right now his polearm is a bardiche.

I know that I want him to have the following feats. Flyby Attack. Improved Initiative, Power Attack, & Vile Natural Attack
