Converting monsters from Dragon magazine

Another creature to consider is the power slug

I was thinking we should finish converting the Creature Catalog monsters in Dragon #89, #94 and #101.

We should also do the Priests of Ythog-Nthlei of the Temple of Poseidon adventure in Dragon #42 since they're linked to our Ythog-Nthleir conversion. There are a few other marginal monsters in that adventure, like the Sand Squid and Screamer, but those seem lower priority.

Apart from that, there are a few other articles we've done most of the monsters for, such as Monsters of the Deep in Dragon #190, Opening the Book of Beasts in Dragon #199, Spawn of the Sewers in Dragon #238, Monsters of the Volcano in Dragon #265, Designing Dungeon Monsters in Dragon #267, Arctic Monsters in Dragon Annual #2 and Urban Monsters in Dragon Annual #3.

Oh, and there's Uzaglu the Undead Myconid King in Dungeon #67, but that's a different thread.

Maybe the power slug?

The Powerslug seems a bit boring. It could be converted as a Hazard pretty easily.

The Priests of Ythog-Nthlei look more interesting to me.

Do you need the powerslug for a game or does a conversion just tickle your fancy? If you have no pressing need for the monster I'll suggest we wait to see which Freyar prefers.

I'd go for the priests of Ythog-Nthlei since we finished converting the big guy a while back. It's always good to finish a set.
