Looks good...nice lampshade on the disappearing when Gordon's back is turn and a nod to the Penguin

It looks good, I do appreciate that the colour pallette has brightened and that they have more focus on story and humour. The return to Themiscyra was unexpected so soon and Steppenwolf looks good.

What concerns me is that they haven't learnt the rule of "Show don't Tell" - don't try and convince us that Superman was a Beacon of Hope, when nothing he did in either MoS or BvS was particlarly hopeful or inspiring - it's the same problem they had in Suicide Squad when they kept saying the Squad was "Worst of the Worst" but none of them did anything particularly Evil

and I do hope that Batmans apparent man-crush on dead Superman is just over emphasized in the Trailer and doesn't become a key trait in the movie.

Well, it *is* a superhero flick. The genre isn’t known for its originality. With mainstream superhero stuff, generally you know what you’re getting. It’s a feature, not a bug.

Well yeah.... It's intentional. JL is pretty much the live-action version of JL War, wich in turn was the animated version of the JLs "New52" origin story in the comics from about 7 (?) years ago.

Yup, moreover they already used the Icecream scene in Wonder Woman and the Cyborg-is-a-Boombox scene is in BvS (just don't blink) so no doubt a whole lot of other scenes will be lifted too. Be cool if Billy Batson has a cameo
