The poll seems like it’s not really addressing the crux of the dispute.
On one hand, Legendary skill feats seem to allow characters to do things that would be impossible in real life. There is no disputing that. The real question is, should “impossible in real life” necessarily mean magical in Golarion (or whatever other world you play Pathfinder in)?
Personally, I say no. This is a world where Psionic power exists and is considered distinct from magic, so clearly magic is a specific thing in this world and not all fantastical phenomena are caused by magic. This is a world where dragons can fly and giants don’t collapse under their own weight even in antimagic fields, so clearly what is possible by nomagical means exceeds what is possible in real life. So to me, I have no problem with people who’s ability in a certain field is the stuff of legend being able to do things that would be impossible in real life, without needing to call it magic.
