Maybe, but BG3 isn't, even where there are obvious places they could do so that would make a lot of players happy. (An expansion pack with more races, more subclasses, more dice, etc.)

Looking into the company's previous game, Disney Dreamlight Valley...it actually isn't bad at all. There is one large DLC package, and an in-game current or cosmetic items.

I'll finally get to play my cozy D&D (then be eaten by owlbears)

But even that is cozy - they have you with tea and biscuits.

I wonder if it is with only a PC, controlling a group of PCs, or online multiplayer.

Maybe a future DLC with the PC species of Humblewood?

Could they reuse the rules of stronghold's building guidebook from the 3rd Ed?

I imagine something like Sims 3: World Adventures, where they could explore "dungeons" with traps, puzzles and even mummies.

Any piece of "city-building"?

Let's remember in the beta testing could change a lot of things because the feedback.

Modern with some Renaissance stylings. Or, more accurately, a fantasy world with no connection to real world history.

D&D has never had an official setting that was medieval.
