I used that tool on my last nights session for the 1st time. Beside that after download it worked great, I experienced the same problem on my Win7 notebook as mentioned above.
Obviously, the tool requires an active internet connection to run. After I plugged in my LAN cable, the tools works...

Do you allow for a wish-list?
1. Pls add flavour texts to the power cards (players tend to skip describing what they do without having the flavour texts at hand)
2. Pls make magic items add their bonusses to attacks/damages and powers.
Either remove familiars and companions or make them a PC :)
I DM a group of 7 players. 2 of them having familiars or companions, alsways used in the same way: as spies. Boring.
