    The 3.5 version is titled "Creature Collection Revised". It has a very dark gray cover.

    That is correct. The "trap door" that is opened by pulling the lever in the box jutting out the wall is where the 4 is marked. A regular covered pit - as marked on the map - is in front of the concealed door.

    This photo below is from a regular cover of the book in the Chicago area. I went to pick up my copy in Rockford IL and it had the same issue. Is this indicative of the entire print run or just a certain lot?
